Aileen was always attentive and a pleasure to work with. She's a sweetheart, but also is assertive in a kind-hearted way, which is necessary when negotiating price with a buyer. She is a real pro! I would highly recommend her.

Aileen was the answer we needed! after looking at 18 houses on our own with no luck, we came across her contact information, and to say the least, it was divine intervention. From day one she was knowledgeable, patient, understood what we were looking for and what we did not want. She was wonderful to work with, always responded to our emails/text and was available from beginning to end. We are happy to say Aileen is part of our family. Our home buying process took a long time due to having to sell our condo. The buyers dropped out so we couldn't buy the house we originally planned to purchase. Aileen was a calming force during a very stressful time. Eventually we were able to sell our condo and purchase a house we liked better than the one we originally intended to buy so it all worked out for the best. Aileen was the perfect realtor for us. Having come from similar backgrounds she had a great understanding of needs and wants.

Selling or buying a house is so stressful, and Aileen made both happen! Aileen supported me in selling my home and locating a new residence - both of which she demonstrated her long standing knowledge of Orange County, real estate rules and details, plus overall genuine support. She always finds a way to be there and get you a response. Aileen was very helpful and knowledgeable. She stuck with us for 6 months and multiple houses (trust me I'm demanding and expect perfection). Didn't let us loss hope after a home inspection went horrible wrong. In the end she found us are dream home, my wife and i couldn't be happier.

Aileen was great. She found us our dream house after just three times going out. She answered all of our questions and we had a lot with being first time home buyers and all. She always kept us update on any new information that was going on and was always quick to call us back with information when it was needed. We thank her so much for finding a great house that we can grow old in together and watch our kids grow. Even after our closing Aileen checked on us to make sure we were settling in ok.
